3Rivers Realty is one of the last remaining local agencies dedicated to delivering responsive, personalized, and knowledgeable service within the luxury mountain real estate market. Janet and Joe Raczak have worked in Aspen real estate and property management since 1988, and there’s nothing more valuable to buyers and sellers of real estate than in-depth experience in and knowledge of the market.
Therefore, Janet reached out to us here at Peak Design Media to aid in their agencies transition from the Aspen, CO real estate market, to a more inclusive, luxury real estate experience in and around the Jackson Hole region. Our task was to make this transition by introducing a reimagined brand identity, more closely related to a localized agency within the area, while also blending past expertise in a mountain town equal in luxury presence and real estate excellence.
Our main goal while developing the digital strategy for 3 Rivers Realty was to match Jackson Hole's upscale real estate market with the trustworthy, independent vibe of a local business. We created a brand identity with the goal statement "Supporting customers with real estate purchases, sales, and investment management in order to maintain and increase values, deliver specialized attention, establish enduring connections, and assure personalised service" in mind.
Once the brand concept was established, our design approach gained momentum by including a contemporary, opulent look that made use of space, unique typography, and responsiveness across all devices. The eye naturally moves from left to right, top to bottom as the user navigates the website, following a smart asset arrangement. The user is given possibilities to participate in each segment, as well as information about the company's history and impressions of the region's attractiveness.
The site design is undoubtedly one of our greatest creations, and we are thrilled to show it off to the public and to 3 Rivers Realty's clients.
